106, 105, 104, 103... No, I'm not teaching grandchildren how to count backwards. That's what the temperatures were all last week. We're supposed to have a "cold" front come in today. It's only supposed to get into the upper 90's! That's why I stay in the a/c! So let the a/c cool things down for you and expect a huge electric bill at the end of the month!
If you have pets, be sure to keep plenty of water available for them during this summer heat. Be sure they have a place where they can get some shade too!
Ok, a nice birthday card for today.
1. Cut Whisper White cardstock to 11 x 4 1/4." Score and fold at 5 1/2."
Cut 2 pieces of Brilliant Blue cardstock to 1/4" x 5 1/2." Cut 2 pieces of Brilliant Blue cardstock to 1/4" x 4 1/4."
2. Using a pencil, lightly draw lines at 1 3/8" from each side of the card and 1 13/16" from the top and bottom.
3. Use Snail adhesvie to place the Brilliant Blue strips center over the lines.
4. Use the stamps found in the Bitty Birthday stamp set (#114934) to stamp in each rectangle with Basic Black ink.
5. Color the images using Watercolor Pencils (#101879) and blender pens (#102845).
The Bitty Birthday stamp set is a small set that can be used so many ways. It's also inexpensive!
Another neat card, might try this layout for my sister's birthday card.

Hi Judy, I'm trying to find a LARGE tag die for my Big Shot, but can't seem to find it. Any suggestions? Thanks, Liita@wintertreedesign.com
